MATINA MITCHELL

Matina is our resident astrophysicist and is one of our senior presenters. She has worked with Explorer Dome since 2007 and has been involved in show-development for the Environment show, as well as co-writing & developing Explorer Dome’s "Winter Show" – a cross-curricular fusion of Science & Culture.

Matina’s astronomy expertise has led her to volunteer at special theme days at At-Bristol, host science enrichment activities at Horfield Primary School, and to work as an education officer at the Herschel Museum of Astronomy in Bath.
