SPORTS MASSAGE Sports massage uses a combination of massage strokes, deep tissue techniques, mobilisation and stretching. Sports massage helps recovery from sporting and non-sporting injuries, from the stresses of exercise and helps maintain the balance between strength and flexibility, avoid injury and improve performance. It improves circulation and assists in the removal of lactic acid and other waste products.
